Right At Home – Melbourne Frankston is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers (PCW) to join our team, providing high-quality in-home care to clients in the Melbourne, Frankston, and Peninsula areas. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives, helping them live independently and comfortably at home. Responsibilities: Deliver personal care based on each client’s individualised care plan, as directed by the Registered Nurse (RN). May include: Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Prepare meals and support clients with nutrition. Provide companionship and emotional support to ensure clients feel valued and comfortable. Drive clients to appointments and social activities and travel between clients’ homes. Assist with light household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying. Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or wellbeing to the RN. Document the services and care provided to the client. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in community or in-home care assistance. Current First Aid and CPR certification. Certificate III in Aged Care. Valid Police Check and Working with Children Check (must). NDIS Screening Check (preferred). Driver’s license and own car with comprehensive car insurance (must).
