This aims to deliver timely, community-based treatment and support as close to home as possible, with the equivalent level and quality of care to that of an acute inpatient unit. You will be a valuable addition to our multidisciplinary team who continue to strive in the improvement and support we offer our families, carers and supporters. About You: To be successful in this role, you will have: A personal lived/living experience as a family member, carer or significant support person of someone experiencing mental health challenges, mental health crisis/trauma which have resulted in engagement with mental health services; Previous experience in a designated carer peer support role, particularly public mental health; Ability to mutually support families, carers and supporters in their journeys; sharing your own lived experience to inspire hope and possibility; Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to consult, liaise and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
