RM Surveys is looking for an organised, proactive and relationship‑focused Project Coordinator to support our growing Cadastral team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves problem‑solving, and enjoys being the central point of communication between clients, surveyors, drafters, and Licensed Surveyors. If you have experience in surveying, land development, building approvals, or cadastral processes, and you’re ready for a role with variety, autonomy and growth, this could be the perfect fit. About the Role As a Project Coordinator in our Cadastral team, you’ll support the delivery of cadastral surveys such as boundary re‑establishments, subdivisions, strata plans, amalgamations, easements and other land development projects. Coordinate workflow between field surveyors, drafters and Licensed Surveyors Liaise with clients, builders, conveyancers and developers Prepare project documentation, collect required information and track progress Manage timelines and support scheduling Assist with quoting, variations and invoicing Ensure deliverables meet Landgate and legislative requirements Support junior staff and promote collaborative workflows This is an office‑based role in our Perth Metro team, with occasional site visits where required. About You We’d love to hear from you if you have the following: Experience in cadastral surveying, land development, drafting, building approvals, project administration or similar Strong organisational and coordination skills Excellent communication and client service skills Ability to prioritise competing tasks in a busy environment High attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of Landgate processes, strata/subdivision documentation, or cadastral terminology Experience with surveying software or project management systems Understanding of re‑pegs, boundary marking, DPs, Form 1Cs, easements, or similar land admin processes If you’ve worked in a surveying business or dealt with surveyors/builders before, you’ll fit right in.
