Full time fixed term role until 1 November 2026 Work for Australia’s leading Children’s Hospital Epic EMR About The Role This is a fixed term position at 80 hours per fortnight within the Parkville Electronic Medical Record (EMR) team. You will be responsible for analysing, cleansing, validating and improving patient identity, provider and movement data across the Parkville EMR health services. Classification for this position will range from Grade 3 Year 1(AO31) – Grade 3 Year 5 (AO35) (FTE base salary $74,448.40 to $82,305.60 per annum, plus superannuation). What You’ll Achieve Effectively and efficiently analyse, cleanse and validate patient, provider and movement data; Merge duplicate patient records within the Patient Administration System (PAS); Support precinct health services with EMR chart corrections. Your Skills And Experience Technical/ administration training with several years' experience or equivalent work experience; Experience working with EMRs and/or Healthcare/eHealth applications or relevant industry experience; Experience with data analysis. The Parkville EMR team (employed by RCH) maintains, operates, and optimises the Parkville EMR service for the benefit of all 5 health services.
