Support the delivery of a diverse range of events – from investment symposiums and national roadshows to private gallery showings, sporting hospitality, and bespoke client experiences. Grow your skills while helping create memorable experiences for clients and advisers Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Delivery: Assist with planning and logistics for a diverse calendar of national events, managing budgets, timelines, and supplier relationships to ensure seamless delivery. Client Experience: Create exceptional client experiences by coordinating guest lists, seating plans, dietary needs, and providing professional on‑site support. Marketing & Communication: Contribute to event collateral, manage digital content, and support post‑event communications to enhance engagement and brand presence. Compliance & Reporting: Support in preparing post‑event reports including attendance, feedback, and budget reconciliation, ensuring compliance with internal standards. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively across marketing and internal teams to support broader initiatives and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Your profile About You You have some exposure to event coordination or marketing and are keen to develop these skills. You’re highly organised and enjoy keeping things on track, even when juggling multiple priorities. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and like working with people and building positive relationships. You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a bonus but not essential. You’re enthusiastic and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a supportive team environment.
