With a small but highly innovative team, the business continues to push boundaries in both fashion and marketing. Operating mainly as an eCommerce brand with a strong wholesale channel, they’re backed by a loyal customer base and ready to advance their CRM and Loyalty offering. In this role you will use your experience across eCommerce, email, and loyalty to deliver campaigns end‑to‑end, driving engagement, retention and growth. Working with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Adobe, Smile.io, and Appstle, you’ll design journeys, optimise segmentation, and bring customer insights to life. It’s a chance to take a best‑in‑market loyalty program from launch through to scale, and make a tangible impact in a business. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a small, hands‑on team and understands the fast pace of fashion retail with a proactive mindset and willingness to go the extra mile during peak campaign moments.
