Qualified and/or Trainee Swim Instructors Shapland Swim Schools on the Northside of Brisbane is seeking a qualified teacher and a trainee teacher to join our team of dedicated professionals at our swim school located in Everton Park, Warner, Taigum and Kallangur, QLD. This is a casual position, with the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment. What you'll be doing Providing high-quality swimming lessons to swimmers of all ages and abilities Developing and implementing lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each student Ensuring the safety and well-being of all students during lessons Maintaining accurate student records and providing feedback to parents/guardians Assisting with the setup and pack-up of equipment as needed What we're looking for Enthusiasm and a genuine passion for swimming and teaching Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Willingness to learn and develop your skills as a swimming teacher A current WWCC (Working with Children Check) or the ability to obtain one Previous experience in coaching or teaching swimming is desirable, but not essential Recognised swimming instructor qualification required for qualified teacher positions. Valid Australian work authorisation required if from overseas. Sorry we do not offer sponsorship.
