GroupM Nexus is the world's leading global media performance organisation that unites GroupM's global performance Talent & Technologies. Nexus unites GroupM Practices (search, social, programmatic, ad-ops, commerce) and Solutions (Advanced TV, Advanced Programmatic, Advanced DOOH and Goat) into a single unit. In this role, you will focus on:
Partner
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the DOOH industry and business models.
Identify opportunities for Advanced DOOH to add value to clients' business challenges through outcomes-based consulting.
Understand the end-to-end Advanced DOOH planning and activation process for media within each agency partner.
Build strong, enduring agency and client relationships as the key point of contact.
Partner with agencies to facilitate training for the adoption of Advanced DOOH standards and best practices.
Profit
Drive top and bottom-line commercial success for your agency partners and Advanced DOOH.
Maintain accurate forecasting and proactively address any areas of concern.
Generate incremental growth by leading client education and innovative marketing solutions across the Advanced DOOH space.
Analyse DOOH trends, market positioning, and results to identify future opportunities.
People
Provide leadership for Advanced DOOH across sales and client development, while working closely with Advanced DOOH Performance team.
Promote open, collaborative, supportive, and dynamic relationships throughout Advanced DOOH and across Nexus and broader GroupM.
Manage and develop team members' careers through regular coaching and constructive feedback.
Work with Head of Advanced DOOH to oversee the recruitment of the best talent.
Product
Represent clients and their feedback to the product team to ensure Advanced DOOH solutions are relevant and future proofed.
Lead the development and adoption of global account-specific processes and standards.
Maintain elevated level of quality control on all outputs from Advanced DOOH.
Provide POVs and thought leadership regarding ad tech and DOOH industry news or updates relevant to clients and agencies.
Profile
Be a positive face of Advanced DOOH at industry events.
Regularly network with clients, potential clients, and senior media owners.
Identify opportunities to provide thought leadership via GroupM Nexus' owned channels and industry trade press.
