Job Description Play a key role in shaping strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience and deliver measurable business benefits. Own the full lifecycle of change management—from planning and communications to hypercare and continuous adoption—making a lasting impact on organisational capability. Join our team as a Change & Adoption Manager and play a pivotal role in driving successful transformation across the Customer Care & Recovery Portfolio. In this dynamic position, you’ll design and execute comprehensive change management and adoption strategies that deliver exceptional customer outcomes, enhance employee engagement, and maximise business benefits. Working closely with project teams and stakeholders at all levels, you’ll assess change impacts, develop tailored plans, and ensure readiness across the dimensions of people, systems, and processes. Your focus will be on meticulous planning before go‑live, including robust stakeholder engagement, targeted communications, and effective training programs. Post‑implementation, you’ll lead hyper‑care support, monitor adoption metrics, and address barriers to sustained change. Leveraging data‑driven insights and continuous feedback, you’ll refine strategies to embed change and deliver long‑term value. Qualifications Minimum 8 years’ experience in a project environment with proven delivery of key change initiatives. Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Change Management, or equivalent industry experience. Deep knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies. Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with a track record of building trust at all levels. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating targeted training and communications. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with capability to interpret data and feedback to refine strategies. Experience in hyper‑care and post‑go‑live support, including facilitating workshops and coaching leaders.
