About the role We have an exciting opportunity for an engaging and suitably qualified HR & Compliance Officer to join our team. This is a school-based, on-location permanent full-time role. The primary purpose of the role is to provide high quality, accurate, and timely coordination of operational HR, Compliance, Risk, and Policy activities. Additionally, you will be involved in the implementation of new technologies and frameworks including HRIS, delivery of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, support the coordination of health, safety and wellbeing initiatives, and assist in reporting and documentation of compliance matters. What we're looking for: Highly developed administrative and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities High level IT skills, and advanced knowledge of Excel and databases Knowledge and practical experience in Risk & Compliance, and HR including activities related to the whole employee lifecycle High level communication skills demonstrated by a rapport with all levels of the organisation Strong organisational and time management skills with an ability to manage and prioritise a number of concurrent tasks whilst meeting prescribed deadlines A high degree of attention to detail Strathcona Girls Grammar School is an organisation committed to Child Protection and to the implementation of Childsafe policies and practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
