About The Role We are seeking a positive HR Business Partner to support our team; this HR role will work across all aspects of operational HR, demonstrating visible leadership within the operation. You will be responsible for providing HR guidance and technical advice, whilst cultivating a strong employment culture in alignment to our values. As the HR Business Partner, you will drive recruitment, onboarding and training, employee engagement, compliance and performance management systems and have accountability for delivering key projects that meet established HR KPI’s. You will be supported by a HR Advisor and form part of a broader HR Operations team across Journey Beyond. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to employees throughout the employment lifecycle. Work with leaders and managing the day-to-day HR operations Establish and nurture open, collaborative relationships with management, employees, and stakeholders. Support the identification and delivery of actions in response to employee engagement surveys. Collaboration and delivery of key projects for the benefit of our people Partnering with talent acquisition for recruitment needs Coaching and mentoring people leaders and stakeholder support Employee relations, performance management, and learning and development Respond efficiently to the critical everyday needs of the business.
