We’re on an exciting journey to evolve from a B2B health services provider into a direct‑to‑consumer brand — and we’re looking for a strategic, customer‑obsessed B2C Marketing & Proposition Lead to help drive this transformation. What you’ll be doing Lead proposition development grounded in customer insight and human‑centred design. Design and execute integrated B2C marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. Collaborate across business units to ensure alignment between brand, CX, product and go‑to‑market initiatives. Champion customer experience through seamless journey mapping and strategic storytelling. Influence and inspire internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high‑impact marketing outcomes. What you’ll bring 7+ years’ experience in B2C marketing, ideally in health, insurance, or financial services. Proven success in developing and launching consumer propositions. Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and hands‑on execution capability. Expertise in human‑centred design and customer journey mapping. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills. We also have a huge focus on health and wellbeing and expect you to have the same.
