We’re on the lookout for a motivated and service-focused Service Desk Analyst to join our IT Operations team. About the Role As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support across our Store Support Office, Distribution Centre and national store network. You’ll be responsible for triaging and resolving Level 1 technical issues, supporting end users, and helping keep our tech running smoothly every day.
