Colourful Collective Travel – Sydney CBD NSW We are seeking passionate people who would like to work as a Small Group Day Tour Driver/Guide as part of our professional team at Colourful Collective Travel. This is a contract position based in Sydney, NSW, where you will be responsible for delivering immersive, personalised day tours to small groups of domestic and international visitors. As a key member of our touring team, you will play a vital role in showcasing the best of Sydney and the surrounding regions to our guests. What you’ll be doing Safely transporting groups of up to 27 international travellers in a comfortable, well-equipped vehicle Providing knowledgeable, engaging commentary and storytelling about the history, culture, and key attractions of the tour destinations Coordinating smooth logistics, including picking up guests, managing schedules, and liaising with venues/experience providers Ensuring exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for all guests Adhering to all relevant safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements Representing the Colourful Collective Travel brand in a professional and positive manner at all times What we’re looking for Minimum 6 months experience as a tour driver/guide, preferably in a small group touring environment, or willing to start a new career Keen to learn about Sydney and the surrounding regions, including key attractions, history, and local culture Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and entertain diverse groups of guests Valid Australian Light Rigid or equivalent driver's licence, with a clean driving record Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to think on your feet and problem‑solve effectively Passion for the tourism industry and a genuine enthusiasm for showcasing the best of Australia What we offer At Colourful Collective Travel, we are committed to providing our team with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
