Here’s what a typical day might look like for you : Assist with the set-up of the project including Head Contract Admin Guide, prepare and monitor procurement program and prepare trade package tender documentation Preparation of Subcontractor agreement including standard and special conditions and resources to specific trades Manage project registers and schedules along with other project administration tasks and document control measures Responsibility for project completion documentation and assist in compiling ‘as-built’ documentation and Operation and Maintenance manuals Preparation of cost control procedures and assist with monthly cost reports and forecasting of preliminaries and trade costs The new way forward, Built by you Your success here will be defined by the energy you bring to work every day. Here are the essentials you’ll need for this role : Solid experience in a similar contract administration role, with a Tier 1 / 2 Construction company (Commercial, fit-out, re-furb) Tertiary qualifications in quantity surveying, construction management, construction law or other relevant discipline Experience working in the Construction industry(Commercial, fit-out, re-furb) Exposure to managing contracts within large project environments Strong level of commercial acumen coupled with an ability to demonstrate a commitment to safety, teamwork and building strong relationships Your ability to show initiative, adapt to changing situations and your innovative mindset will hold you in good stead.
