home_work On-site Posted 1 day ago About the role Reporting to the Project Manager, we have multiple roles on the Gold Coast for all levels of CA's from Senior through to Junior, these will be site-based positions. The projects will be townhouse developments and large apartment towers. These projects are large scale from $50-120m in value. As the Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive contract management support to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects. What you'll be doing Coordinate and monitor contract activities, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects Prepare, review, and manage a variety of contracts, including subcontracts, purchase orders, and other contractual agreements Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve contract-related issues and ensure compliance with contractual obligations Maintain detailed contract records and documentation, including change orders, progress reports, and payment claims Assist in the preparation of contract variations, extensions, and renewals Provide support in the tendering and procurement process, including bid evaluation and contract negotiation Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and procedures What we're looking for Minimum 1 year for Junior level roles including proven experience in a contract administration or similar role within the construction industry Minimum of 3 years for intermediate level and 5 years for senior level Strong understanding of construction contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and other contractual agreements Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels Proficient in contract management software and MS Office suite Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve contract-related issues Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management, business, or a related discipline would be highly regarded About us Brown Recruitment Services' is a leading provider of construction recruitment solutions in Australia.
