About the Role As our Contract Administrator, you’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support across our projects and day‑to‑day operations. You will work closely with the owners and broader team to keep things running smoothly and ensure documentation, contracts, and processes are handled accurately and efficiently. What You’ll Be Doing Preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts and project documentation Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of information Assisting with project administration, reporting, and compliance requirements Maintaining organised records and document systems Taking on varied tasks as needed—this role suits someone nimble and adaptable Contributing to a collaborative, positive, and improvement‑focused workplace Help create the systems, processes and procedures that will form the foundations of the business About You You’re proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
