Your role As a Contract Administrator, you’ll manage major transport infrastructure contracts, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. You may act as an Administrator, Administrator’s Representative, or Principal’s Representative, collaborating with project teams, stakeholders, and external authorities. What you’ll be doing Lead the administration of high-value transport infrastructure contracts. Ensure compliance with TMR standards, procedures, and contract conditions. Coordinate with teams, stakeholders, and local authorities. Manage project quality, safety, and environmental compliance. Lead and mentor teams of engineers, technical staff, and advisors. Monitor project delivery, expenditure, and performance, driving continuous improvement. Prepare reports and briefing notes on project progress, costs, and key issues. What you’ll bring DTMR Prequalification Level CA02 or CA03 is mandatory Minimum 5 years post-RPEQ registration experience for prequalification level CA02 and 10 years post-RPEQ registration experience for CA03, in complex road and transport infrastructure contracts. Demonstrated experience in the administration of AS2124 style contracts such as Transport Infrastructure Contracts, Construct Only (TIC-CO), AS4300 style Design and Construct (D&C) Contracts, relational contracts, or Collaborative Project Agreements (CPA) or Alliance. Expertise across multiple infrastructure disciplines (earthworks, drainage, ITS, pavements, bridges, retaining walls). Strong consultation, conflict resolution, and project management skills. Proven ability to deliver projects to TMR policies, standards, and specifications.
