Current Projects South Beach, Surfers Paradise — high-density beachfront development in planning Cascade, Gold Coast — wellness-focused residential tower now under construction Role Description We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team, working on large-scale multi-residential projects on the Gold Coast. Your Responsibilities Manage contract letting and procurement processes Conduct cost reporting and forecasting Prepare detailed scope of works Negotiate with subcontractors to secure favourable terms Assess progress claims and manage subcontractor payments Monitor project expenses to ensure they remain within budget Maintain up-to-date project records, including contracts and correspondence Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations About You MANDATORY Bachelor's degree in Construction Management 5 years+ of experience as a Contracts Administrator in multi-residential apartment projects Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Passion for delivering high-quality projects Experience with construction software and systems, such as Jobpac, is highly beneficial A team player with a can-do attitude, self-motivated, and driven to succeed Keen on career progression and ready to take responsibility for your projects Proficient in reading plans and creating Excel spreadsheets Punctual and reliable Benefits Permanent, full-time position Collaborative and supportive team environment Long-term role with mentorship and training opportunities to advance your career Opportunity to work on flagship projects Regular social events If you're passionate about delivering high-quality finishes and looking for a long-term opportunity with a respected company, apply now to join Andrews growing team.
