Contract Administrator - 12 month contract Seeking an experienced Contract Administrator (Client Side) to join a high-performing project team on a $300M landmark build in Gold Coast, QLD. This role will play a key part in delivering a major project in a fast‑paced, head contractor environment. Key Responsibilities Administer and manage contracts, variations, and progress claims Oversee procurement, subcontractor engagement, and contract compliance Maintain accurate project records and reporting using Aconex Support the project team with cost control, forecasting, and program tracking Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Contract Administrator with a Head Contractor (essential) Experience on large‑scale construction projects ($100M+ preferred) Strong working knowledge of Aconex and related project management systems Excellent attention to detail, commercial acumen and negotiation skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture What’s on offer 12 month fixed‑term contract Salary based (A$100,000.00 – A$120,000.00) Possibility of going permanent December start Brilliant company Flexible working arrangements Location: Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia Contact: Brydie Hall – Apply directly or reach out to Brydie Hall for further information.
