Contracts Administrator – Commercial Subcontractor BSP Australia – Ormeau, Gold Coast QLD Full-time | $68,000–$78,000 + super (depending on experience) BSP Australia is a specialist subcontractor delivering car park and access infrastructure for Tier 1–3 builders across South‑East Queensland. Our projects include line marking, bollards, wheel stops, tactile indicators, signage, and safety upgrades. Under new ownership, we’re modernising our operations, introducing AI tools, and building a smarter, system‑driven contracting business. The Role We’re looking for a capable Contracts Administrator to support our commercial projects team. You’ll manage contract administration across multiple small-to-medium projects, working directly with the owner and operations manager to ensure every job runs efficiently and profitably. This role offers genuine exposure to contract management, procurement, claims, and financial tracking within a hands‑on subcontractor environment. Key Responsibilities Review scopes, quotes, and builder contracts Prepare purchase orders and subcontractor packages Track variations, progress claims, and retentions Coordinate inductions, SWMS, and compliance documentation Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and builder representatives Maintain cost control spreadsheets and project documentation Assist with our online store and ecommerce operations About You 1–4 years’ experience in contracts administration or project coordination Experience working with a builder or subcontractor preferred Strong Excel and document management skills Detail focused, organised, and proactive Comfortable communicating with builders and suppliers Interest in improving systems and using technology in construction Qualifications in construction management or related field beneficial but not essential Why BSP Work directly with the business owner and senior operations team Exposure to Tier 1–2 builders and real‑world commercial projects Career path into Senior CA or Project Management or Estimating roles at BSP Australia Small, capable team with a professional and practical culture Forward‑thinking company using AI and automation to modernise construction How to Apply (Read Carefully) We’re serious about finding the right person, so please follow these steps to be considered: Write a tailored cover letter that specifically addresses this BSP Australia ad.
