We are searching for a Junior Service Coordinator/ Administration Assistant to join our team at Adapt Refrigeration Pty Ltd in Carrum Downs, VIC . We are a leading service and project company focused on our blue‑chip clients. We are now seeking a Junior Service Coordinator/ Administration Assistant in Victoria to drive our business forward. This is an exciting role as we are expanding into new markets creating many different growth corridors. This role would appeal to a school leaver or a candidate wanting to take the next step into the workforce. What you’ll be doing Creating and sending purchase orders Creating and allocating jobs Scheduling timesheets Data entry, scanning and filing Accounts Payable Office amenity ordering and management Fostering a positive, collaborative work environment What we’re looking for A person with experience or a person willing to be trained to undertake this role Excellent organisational, time‑management and multitasking skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and office equipment Knowledge of SIMPRO or willingness to learn this software system Adaptable, resourceful and able to work both independently and as part of a team Exceptional attention to detail and problem‑solving skills What we offer At Adapt Refrigeration, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
