OVERVIEW We’re on the lookout for a curious, collaborative, and driven HR Coordinator to join our Australia New Zealand team. PURPOSE An HR Coordinator is a vital role who provides support to the HR department across TBWA Australia New Zealand, responsible for managing employee records, handling documentation, and assisting with onboarding and payroll processes. YOUR IMPACT The position requires a high level of integrity and trust as you'll likely be exposed to confidential information that you will be required to treat with sensitivity. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES The HR Coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to: ON-BOARDING / OFF-BOARDING On-boarding/ off- boarding processes- including ownership of HR platforms and systems. Benefits & Payroll: Assisting in the administration of employee benefits and payroll, ensuring that all necessary documents are filled out and processed. REPORTING Completing relevant reporting and analysis of data such as people stats, leaver feedback and career development completion. Assisting successful agency completion of all global and local related reporting. OTHER ADMINISTRATION Assist roll-out initiatives and compliance training. Assist employee engagement and performance reviews. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Proven experience in an HR administrative role Bachelor’s degree- ideally in HR or related field is preferable Familiarity with HR software Strong organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office WHO YOU ARE Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
