Fizz Kidz is all about creating fun, memorable, and creative experiences for children and the Area Manager plays a key role in bringing that magic to life across the studios. This is a part-time position offering 15 hours per week including 1 weekend a month minimum. Your remaining hours will be spent onsite at the different studios as well as having some flexibility to work from home. As we continue to expand rapidly, this role offers significant opportunity to grow alongside the company. Key Responsibilities The Area Manager oversees multiple Fizz Kidz studios, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, creative experiences for children. This role leads Studio Supervisors and Franchisees, drives regional performance, and maintains strong operational, financial, and customer service standards. Develop and execute regional strategies to drive growth and performance Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple studios Maintain consistency in safety, service quality, and brand standards Manage regional budgets, cost control, revenue optimisation and ensure studios meet targets Recruit, mentor, and support Studio Supervisors and the greater team Foster a positive, engaged team culture aligned with our values Support local marketing, partnerships, and community engagement Who are you You’ll bring at least three years of multi-site management experience, with strong operational, leadership, and financial management skills that help you guide high-performing teams with confidence. A valid Working With Children Check is essential, and experience in children’s entertainment, education, retail, or hospitality is highly valued. Franchise operations experience is also a bonus, but not required.
