Quality Improvement Co-ordinator The closing date is 16 November 2025 In this role you will be a key member of the Quality Improvement Team, acting as the central point of contact for administrative coordination. You will manage communications, prepare reports and presentations, support meetings, and help drive improvement initiatives across the Trust, contributing to projects that enhance patient care and staff experience. Main duties of the job • Act as an administrative co‑ordinator and key point of contact for the Quality Improvement Team within the Chief Nurse Directorate. • Collate and organise a wide range of information from multiple sources and prepare a variety of reports in a variety of formats. • Communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internal and external to the Trust, promoting and disseminating information as required. • Organise and manage the administrative function in support of the Quality Improvement Team. Therefore, please be advised that if you are a Student visa holder, we will not be able to offer you a full‑time permanent contract unless you have: applied for a Graduate visa; or successfully completed your course and applied for a Graduate visa before the anticipated start date of your employment; or the Trust has agreed that it will sponsor you as a Skilled Worker and you will complete your studies within 3 months of the anticipated start date of employment. Qualifications Educated to A level or NVQ level 3 Customer Service / Business Admin / ITQ or equivalent experience English and Maths GCSE and or equivalent Team leader/management qualification or experience Experience Experience of working in a busy office environment Secretarial and/or complex administrative experience, including minute taking Experience of complex diary management Prioritising, planning and organising own tasks Working within guidelines Experience of IT packages – Microsoft Office Experience of producing documents to a high standard Experience of dealing with difficult situations and confrontations Experience of managing staff Previous experience of working in NHS Knowledge Understanding of confidentiality and data protection Sound knowledge of office procedures Understanding of customer service Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Microsoft Outlook and Teams Awareness of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Knowledge of the Trust including awareness of priorities Knowledge of Trust information systems Skills Ability to work as part of a team Excellent communication skills including telephone, email, face‑to‑face Ability to develop templates Ability to organise and manage own time Keeping to schedule and deadlines Ability to use own initiative and work autonomously Willing to take on/learn new skills Ability to show attention to detail and accuracy Ability to adapt to change Ability to work under pressure Ability to store and safeguard confidential documents Ability to show attention to detail and take minutes to a high standard Ability to work with budgets Ability to requisition general stock Additional Requirements The ability to understand and behave at all times towards patients, visitors and colleagues according to the Trust values of safe, kind, excellent.
