About Our School Saint Mary’s Catholic College is a Prep to Year 12 College with an enrolment of over 280 students, offering families a co‑educational pathway to life‑long learning. Summary Location: St Mary’s Catholic College – Kingaroy (S) Start date: January 2026 Work hours: 15 hours per week | 5.30 am to 8.30 am Monday to Friday Salary: $61,816.00 – $63,788.00 + super Status: Part Time Continuing Ad close date: 1 December 2025 Contact: 07 4160 0900 | About The Opportunity In this position you will be responsible for: Removing rubbish and debris from classrooms and internal areas, including emptying bins and disposing of waste materials. Wiping down and sanitising touch points throughout the school, including door handles, light switches, and high‑frequency areas. Cleaning floors and surfaces using appropriate chemicals, following all appropriate directions for storage and use. Assisting in the preparation of areas for school events and carnivals. Ensuring facilities and equipment are secured after use as required. About You To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including: Exhibiting a strong safety mindset and the ability to follow procedures for the safe use of equipment and chemicals. Showing initiative in ensuring that a facility is secure and everything is safely stored. Having participated in industrial, school or similar cleaning experience. Safe removal of rubbish, debris and waste materials. Having a proactive approach to ensuring a clean and safe environment at all times. For this position you are not required to be Catholic.
