Practice/Department: Leadership & Coaching Practice Location: Sydney, Australia Position Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt With significant growth ahead, BTS Australia are seeking a Consultant to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. Previous exposure to selling in a consulting environment is desired. Capabilities: Experience and exposure in learning design and facilitation. Specifics of this role With ideally 5 years of experience (2 years+ in a consulting or corporate environment), ideally in a people focussed role, that may have included designing and running of workshops. Demonstrable experience in client / stakeholder relationship management, expanding your network and opportunities to learn and grow. Ability to play an active role in co-creating concepts and corresponding solutions Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects that deliver results, working with stakeholders and delivering under tight timelines A mature, humble, professional, and hands-on team player Alignment with BTS values, including client centricity and an entrepreneurial mindset What We Offer Culture and Growth: A culture comprised of diverse local APAC and global working opportunities based in Australia.
