Key Responsibilities Conduct and file reviews to ensure compliance with AFSL obligations Investigate and manage breaches, maintain registers, and support reporting to ASIC Deliver training and guidance to brokers on regulatory standards and ethical conduct About You Experienced in general insurance; broking experience is a bonus Skilled in compliance file reviews or authorised representative oversight Relationship‑driven, collaborative, and a confident self‑starter Why This Role?
