As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in helping develop and deliver compliance training and the review of sub-authorised representatives. Responsibilities Do the right thing: have a keen eye for detail and high levels of integrity and morality. Qualifications & Experience Compliance monitoring or QA experience: You will be conducting spot checks and monitoring meetings (both face to face and via Zoom) as well as phone calls. Relationship management skills: Confident speaking with a range of internal stakeholders and not being afraid to have a challenging conversation. High performance mindset: Thrive and excel in a fast paced, multi-faceted workplace, whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail.
