ABOUT THE ROLE As a Project Coordinator, your key responsibilities include: Develop and maintain contract, compliance and asset registers and maintain current project plans and risk registers. Assist with the preparation of Request for Tender (RFT) Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation. Maintain up-to-date campus maps, evacuation plans and other campus information. Maintain current records of staff accommodation and update drawing files and filing systems, including the addition of project-as-built information. Provide a safe working environment for contractors, staff and students by participating in contractor onboarding, assessment of work method statements, and by the issue of work permits. Commit to pursuing cost-effective outcomes and efficiency across all projects and understand and operate according to the defined department budget. Coordinate stakeholder meetings. ABOUT YOU You are a highly motivated individual with highly-developed skills in contract administration skills, as well as interpersonal and customer relation skills, documentation control and management with current experience in providing project support in a complex and demanding working environment. You have the ability to work collaboratively and adopt a teamwork approach, you have a planned and analytical approach to workflow management and you have excellent time management, communication skills and you have the capacity to work within a team environment with minimal supervision. Qualifications required for the role Qualification in Project Management, Contract Administration or similar construction-related discipline, or demonstrated practical experience in this area.
