You will assist with daily tasks, provide emotional support, and offer companionship to residents. You will ensure the physical comfort and emotional health of our residents are met in a caring and nurturing environment.With kindness and understanding, you will:* Provide personal care assistance, including showering, dressing, grooming and feeding* Support residents with mobility and physical assistance* Provide companionship and emotional support* Monitor and document residents’ progress, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.* Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care while fostering a positive and inclusive environment within the facility.**What you’ll bring**You are a kind-hearted, patient and respectful person who is passionate about enhancing the lives of older people.
