We are seeking a bright and friendly medical receptionist to join our practice team . We will provide you: On site training to develop your administrative skills Supportive working environment with a friendly group of collegiate Doctors and a great team of Admin Staff and Nurses Fully computerised facilities Opportunities for development in your role Chance to transition to PT or FT position if desired The successful candidate will be a valued member of our team and have a positive and friendly attitude towards team members and patients. Responsibilities of this role include: Answering telephone calls and scheduling appointments Collection and accurate data entry of patient details Assisting patients with enquiries Scanning medical documents To be ideal for this role, you must have the following attributes: Bright and friendly personality Previous experience in a Medical Receptionist role High level of computer literacy Previous experience with Best Practice Software or similar is advantageous Self-motivated and an ability to work unsupervised Reliable with strong work ethic Please apply with a short cover letter and your CV, if you would like to be considered for this role.
