About the Role We are seeking a creative and reliable Marketing & Graphic Design Assistant to join our Perth office. The role can be full- or part-time (around 20 hours per week) depending on the candidate's preference, and blends marketing coordination, design, and general office administration. You’ll support the company's brand and communications through design, content updates and presentation materials. The position works closely with our leadership and engineering teams to prepare marketing materials and project submissions. Training will be provided, so you don't need to be an expert in everything. What's essential is a positive attitude, attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Update and maintain the company website using WordPress Create and schedule LinkedIn posts and company updates Prepare and manage brochures, CVs, and capability statements using Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint Assist with tender submissions Support marketing and business development activities as required Perform general office administration tasks when needed About You Experience or strong interest in graphic design and marketing Proficiency or willingness to learn Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, and WordPress Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Creative eye and good sense of design layoutReliable, proactive, and able to work independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be available to work from the office (this is not a work-from-home position) What We Offer Flexible part-time hours (approx. 20 hours per week) or full time Hands-on training and mentorship A professional yet creative work environment The chance to be part of a high-performing team working on Australia's most innovative building projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
