Italian Market & Sales Executive (Outbound Sales) We are seeking an energetic, persuasive Italian-speaking professional to contact Italian companies and negotiate commercial partnerships. The role is outbound and sales-oriented — ideal for someone who enjoys building business relationships. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and emails to Italian companies to present partnership opportunities. Negotiate commercial terms and guide discussions through to signed distribution agreements. Build and maintain strong working relationships with key decision-makers across various organizations. Maintain detailed records of interactions, offers, and agreements in CRM tools. Coordinate with the legal and operations team to finalize contracts and ensure successful onboarding of new partners. Requirements Native or fluent Italian and strong English communication skills. Previous experience in B2B sales, licensing, distribution, or business development. Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and follow-up skills. Self‑motivated, persistent, and able to work independently to targets.
