Location: Parramatta Employment type: Temporary full‑time for 11 months Salary: $129,464–$142,665 pa, plus superannuation contribution and annual leave loading Role The purpose of this position is to support and manage system improvements to the PeopleFirst (Resolve) Case Management system to ensure alignment with the overall business and strategic requirements and the Department’s operational plans. The role will also develop and maintain reporting as required by the Executive and business teams. What You’ll Do Design tools and implement processes to facilitate improvements to PeopleFirst, including undertaking best‑practice analysis of processes to deliver business outcomes. Monitor operational performance to ensure DCJ service delivery partners are performing to a high standard. Develop and deliver evidence‑based advice and reports to Executive management to inform decision‑making. Liaise and work across DCJ Divisions and non‑government stakeholders to ensure effective interface between program development, planning, service design and policy implementation. Work with teams within the Department’s conduct and people function to deliver high‑quality people support services and systems.
