The Role - Sustainability Support Officer We are looking for an early-career sustainability professional to join our Customer Success team in Perth. You will support customers in using Cerclos' LCA software effectively, helping them achieve high-quality environmental outcomes and long-term success with our products. This role directly contributes to customer satisfaction, engagement, retention, and achieving Cerclos' GWP savings targets. What You'll Do Support customers and help them get the most out of Cerclos' LCA software, while developing your working knowledge of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), including key international standards (ISO, EN, A2, EN, ISO), circular economy principles, and relevant regulations and rating schemes. Progressively build the skills to independently review and verify customer LCA studies within eTool, ensuring accurate modelling, methodological consistency, and alignment with recognised standards. Maintain and enhance customer resources — support articles, eTool templates, and recommendation libraries — producing clear, well-documented content that helps colleagues and customers alike. Through coaching, training, and direct engagement, apply your expertise to support customers in achieving robust environmental outcomes and GWP reduction targets, contributing to meaningful sustainability impact across projects. About You You'll likely have tertiary qualifications in Building Design, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience demonstrating analytical and critical-thinking capability. You're passionate about sustainability and have a foundational understanding of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). You're confident with digital tools and enjoy switching between tasks in a fast-paced environment. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. You bring energy, collaboration, creative thinking and a lateral‑thinking mindset to help clients achieve their sustainability goals. Why Cerclos?
