Loan Processor / Parabroker / Credit Analyst Strategic Advisory is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to support one of our mortgage brokers in a full-time capacity. We are looking for an offshore loan processor based in the Philippines to work 100% remotely in a full-time capacity. Position start date: Feb 2026. Responsibilities Assisting with mortgage applications from pre‑submission to post settlement Assessing clients’ finances and preparing financing strategies Analyzing financial statements and tax returns Lodging home loan applications Liaising with various lender departments Maintaining & researching lender policy/process Client retention and reviews Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills Showing initiative and determination to follow through on projects Being able to work independently and with a team Maintaining excellent attention to detail Being passionate and willing to learn Being enthusiastic about property and finance Qualifications • Previous experience working with an AFG broker and using Broker Engine and ApplyOnline is strongly preferred. • Must have experience in a similar role of 2+ years, capable of analyzing PAYG income as well as tax returns and financials including company and trusts. • Experienced in preparing lender applications and compliance and running deals from submission to formal approval. • Candidates must have specific loan processing experience for this mortgage broking role. Benefits We partner with KMC Solutions outsourcing ( and they will be your employer of record, with all of the benefits and security associated. Compensation Full time - Salary of $55,000 -$70,000 PHP per month depending on experience.
