In the role of Senior Associate you will join the Client Management & Execution team that's doubling down on customer obsession and moving with speed. Key Responsibilities Each day you’ll go above and beyond to: Work on new transactions and provide origination support credit analysis (including financial modelling) and deal execution on transactions across the Diversified Corporates sector. Drive transactions forward whilst engaging multiple stakeholders including Client Coverage Team, Product Partners and client support teams to achieve a seamless client experience. Responsible for managing the ongoing monitoring of the risk profile and compliance requirements of a client portfolio ensuring portfolio hygiene is a good standard. Conduct research and analysis to develop industry / sector expertise and knowledge. Attend internal and external stakeholder meetings to support business outcomes while managing portfolio risks. Provide guidance / coaching to graduates, interns and analysts. Qualifications and Experience Tertiary qualifications in finance, business or related discipline. Previous experience in Corporate Finance or related banking experience gained in an accounting or advisory environment. Well-developed financial modelling, risk assessment and credit writing skills. Sound numerical and financial analysis skills. Credit writing skills. Financial modelling skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills – the ability to work effectively in a team environment and connect with clients and key internal stakeholders.
