Police Citizens Youth Club NSW – Penrith NSW An exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and motivated boxing fitness professional to deliver an exceptional member experience in the gym at this vital community facility has arisen. About the role As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for inspiring and delighting our members by delivering exceptional member experiences. You will be required to conduct small group training sessions, health and fitness assessments, new member inductions, assist prospective members with enquiries, and more. Classified as a General Activities Officer under our Enterprise Agreement, in this role you will: Deliver outstanding member experience through in-person and personalised fitness services. Assist with day‑to‑day gym operations, including reception desk services and administration. Assist with lead generation, sales and retention activities. Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and running efficiently. Promote the club within the local community through outreach and marketing efforts. About You Are you self‑motivated with a passion for health and fitness, and have the flexibility to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends?
