About the Position As our Social Inclusion Program Assistant, you’ll bring warmth, creativity, and energy to our Social Support programs — helping older adults stay active, engaged, and socially connected. You’ll plan and deliver activities that make a real difference, while ensuring programs run smoothly and safely behind the scenes. A genuine passion for supporting older people to stay independent and socially connected Strong communication skills with a friendly, inclusive, and professional approach Creative thinker who enjoys designing engaging activities and experiences Reliable team player with great time management and attention to detail Confident using technology and administration systems (experience with GoldCare or MAC a bonus) Holds a current driver’s licence (able to drive a 10-seater bus for local outings) Requirements Employee Working with Children’s Check Satisfactory National Police Check Other pre-employment checks may be required depending on the role requirements.
