Your New Role and Responsibilities Join a crucial team that supports the testing and integration of Variable Message Format (VMF) systems across ADF platforms. The Role Involves Maintain and support Microsoft server systems, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and performance tuning. Manage incidents and service requests using in‑house toolsets, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction. Administer Active Directory environments, including user accounts, system documentation, and domain configurations. Collaborate with internal teams and clients, providing face‑to‑face and help desk support with a strong customer focus. Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, liaising with technology groups to ensure system reliability and performance. What You’ll Bring to Make an Impact Strong knowledge of server devices and configuration in complex ICT environments Proven experience with Windows Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and multi‑domain environments Experience with virtualisation technologies such as Hyper‑V, VMWare or similar Familiarity with storage and backup solutions, ideally with NetApp and Dell hardware and VEEAM software Understanding of WoAG ICT Cyber Assurance directives and policies (ASD/ACSC) Don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes – if you meet most of them, we encourage you to submit your application.
