We're well‑established, respected in the industry, and now entering an exciting growth phase — where marketing becomes a core driver of expansion. You'll join a tight‑knit internal marketing team where creativity is encouraged, voices matter, and career development is real, not lip service. The Role We're looking for a proactive, ideas‑driven marketer who enjoys bringing campaigns to life and managing multiple creative projects. Full‑time preferred (part‑time considered short‑term with transition to FT in months). Office‑based role — perfect for collaboration, team energy & creative workflow. Your Impact Lead strategy and campaign planning across digital + print channels Mentor and collaborate with our Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Coordinator Manage catalogues, product promotions and brand campaigns nationwide Own our digital footprint — website, SEO / SEM, social, EDMs, automation Build lead‑gen campaigns and launch new product initiatives Analyse results, optimise performance, and report trends Work closely with suppliers on co‑funded promotions Bring creativity to events, trade shows, product launches and content This is a role for someone who loves action, variety and seeing ideas come to life. Skills & Experience Experience in a marketing role (dental / medical B2B a bonus) Solid experience across digital strategy: SEO / SEM, website management, email marketing Graphic design capability — Adobe Suite (required) Experience creating content for social, EDMs, catalogues and product marketing Strong communication & project management ability A results mindset — comfortable tracking performance and insights Photography / video | WordPress / WooCommerce | HTML / CSS | CRM | Marketing automation (or a love for learning those) Ready to Apply?
