The Role As our Production Coordinator, you’ll be the organisational engine that keeps our projects running smoothly—from concept to upload. You’ll help bridge the gap between creative ideas and real-world execution, making sure our production teams have everything they need to bring creator-led content to life. Think of yourself as the glue that holds the Production House together: steady, reliable, and always two steps ahead. What You’ll Do Keep Productions Moving You’ll oversee scheduling across Monday.com and Google Suite, track deadlines, create callsheets, and make sure every script’s needs—from props to people—are fully accounted for. Your attention to detail ensures nothing slips through the cracks, even when projects move fast. Be the Communication Hub You’ll act as the central point of contact between production teams, creators, management, and other departments. When schedules shift or projects pivot (as they often do in creator world), you’ll be the person everyone turns to for clarity and updates. Run the Logistics & Admin Backbone From booking transport and equipment, to managing paperwork and preparing documents, to maintaining accurate reporting—you’ll keep the production machine well‑oiled. You’ll also ensure our project management systems are being used properly and raise issues to our Operations Director when something needs fixing. Budget Management You’ll assist with budget requests, help track spending, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best outcomes for our productions. Problem‑Solving Unexpected challenge? Tight turnaround? Changing creative direction? You’ll stay calm, adapt quickly, and find practical solutions that keep everything on track. Team Support You’ll coordinate meetings, ensure every team member and crew has what they need, and help refine workflows and processes.
