About the Role We are currently upgrading our financial systems to enhance operational efficiency, and we are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to support our Oracle NetSuite to Workday migration. As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will play a key role in managing outgoing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders. Your efforts will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our financial systems and the integrity of our company’s cash flow. Key Responsibilities Accurately process and verify invoices, ensuring they align with company policies Monitor, record, and report on outgoing expenses using accounting software Act as the key point of contact for vendor queries and payment‑related issues Schedule and process payments in a timely and accurate manner Ensure proper filing and documentation for audit and compliance purposes Reconcile vendor statements and ensure proper allocation of credits Assist with audit preparation and supply required documentation What We’re Looking For Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Excellent communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently Familiarity with GST and financial compliance standards Proficiency in accounting systems such as Workday, NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP Why Join Omni Bridgeway?
