Looking for a role that’s busy, people-focused, and genuinely rewarding? EIR Labour Hire is seeking a Recruitment & Allocations Coordinator to join our NSW team in Sydney. Office Location: Flexible (CBD, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs & Northern Beaches) You’ll play a key role behind the scenes — helping connect great workers with great companies, keeping operations running smoothly, and supporting our clients every day. This role is part recruitment, part coordination, part client management — ideal for someone who loves variety, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in keeping people and priorities organised. What You’ll Be Doing Screening and interviewing candidates over the phone and online Registering new workers and ensuring full compliance (ID, work rights, medicals, etc.) Posting job ads across our website and social media (Canva skills are a plus) Managing data and workflows in our digital, paperless systems Allocating workers daily to jobs across multiple industries, mostly construction or restoration focused roles Liaising with clients daily via phone, email, and regular onsite visits Meeting placed workers onsite and helping grow our share of business Gaining new business through referrals, lapsed clients, and proactive outreach Why You’ll Love It Competitive salary + personal and team incentive bonuses — earn extra through both collaboration and results Extra paid birthday leave Pet-friendly office hub in one of our locations Hybrid work flexibility (after qualifying period) and full tech setup (laptop + phone) Occasional interstate travel to SA or QLD to connect with the wider national team and for training Career growth across recruitment, operations, and client management Supportive national team that values clear communication, initiative, and mutual respect You’ll love the pace — every day feels productive and full, with plenty of variety and purpose Who We’re Looking For 2+ years’ experience in admin, coordination, or client-facing work Tech-savvy and confident in a digital environment (we’re fully paperless — ChatGPT users welcome) Organised, reliable, and self‑motivated — able to manage your own day with remote support Experienced in a busy office or operations role where juggling calls, people, and priorities is routine Professional and approachable — comfortable with both tradies and management Understands or relates to blue‑collar industries (through experience, family, or background) Calm under pressure, curious, and happy juggling multiple priorities About EIR Group EIR Group has been supplying labour hire solutions since 2003 across South Australia, Queensland, and New South Wales.
