As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, managing appointment schedules, and performing various administrative tasks to support our operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy working with people and have a knack for organization, we encourage you to apply Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department, and addressing inquiries Manage the front desk area and maintain a tidy and organized reception space Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff as needed Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing office materials Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Support various departments with additional tasks as required Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment Positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Administrative Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
