We have a great opportunity for an experienced, self‑motivated Receptionist to join our friendly team of accountants in West Perth. The practice specialises in income tax. The role involves a variety of tasks including, but not limited to - Reception duties including answering and directing calls, customer service Mail collection, distribution and franking Photocopying/scanning/ filing/archiving of documents Responding to email enquiries Assisting with client appointments and processing payments Entering timesheets Word processing Your Skills and Experience Previous business administration or equivalent experience Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook Ability to learn and utilise in‑house software (HandiSoft and MYOB experience preferred but not essential) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Work autonomously and ensure job tasks are completed on time Team player Application Please provide a Cover Letter detailing your availability, commencement date and salary expectations.
