If so, Ultradata is seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator to join our Finance & Administration team in the Melbourne Head Office. With a focus on client billing, office facilities & procurement, the role will provide variety, learning opportunities and the camaraderie of a small, close-knit team. Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, you’ll be responsible for Coordinating periodic client billing and invoicing with accuracy, timeliness and in line with contract obligations Updating client records in the system and responding to internal queries Managing procurement of operational office supplies Overseeing the maintenance of hardware and software licenses Supporting office facilities and amenities requirements across all Ultradata office locations You may also be required to provide reception relief intermittently. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in general administration in a professional environment, ideally with exposure to client billing and office facilities management Strong experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude Awesome teamwork, coupled with the ability to work independently when needed.
