Overview Are you a detail-oriented person with a professional approach, a knack for keeping things organised and accurate? Our successful candidate would be a reliable self-starter who is able to work autonomously, has initiative and takes pride in their work. As an Admin and Accounts support person, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and processing our financial records. Responsibilities Setup and maintain new and existing Suppliers/Customers Banking, credit card management and reconciliations Accounts receivable and payable reconciliations Data Entry General Administration Filing Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries Assist with HR administration and rosters About you At least three to five years' experience in an accounts or finance support role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Reckon/QuickBooks, MYOB, Xero, or similar) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines The ability to engage with our entire team and develop strong, positive and proactive working relationship with our customers, internal staff and suppliers Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload Trustworthy, Reliable and Self Motivated Maintain a High Level of confidentially in all administration tasks Passionate, Professional and Eager to learn new platforms Required to complete a Police Check Apply now by emailing your Cover Letter and Resume to: ****@pharmhouse.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
