People & Culture Business Partner Join to apply for the People & Culture Business Partner role at Uniting Vic.Tas . Location: Melbourne CBD, VIC, 3000Employment type: Permanent Full TimeSalary: $110k base + super + salary packaging (bonus to increase take‑home pay) + hybrid WFH. Responsibilities Deliver a professional, solution‑focused Business Partnering service in collaboration with the P&C Partnerships Manager and leadership. Drive key people initiatives and provide strategic support for workforce planning, employee relations (ER/IR), organisational change, performance management, remuneration and benefits, and workplace health and safety. Provide day‑to‑day support and exceptional experience for people across the organisation. Benefits Mentoring and coaching from an experienced Partnerships Manager. Flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week, one day in our CBD office and one day at any Uniting Office. Up to A$15,900 in salary packaging benefits for living expenses. Meal entertainment benefit of A$2,650 annually. Purchase leave program to increase annual leave entitlements. Up to 10 weeks paid parental leave for primary caregivers (4 for secondary). Extra 17.5% on top of fortnightly pay when taking paid annual leave. Opt in or out of public holidays and be respected for your unique background. Skills and Experience Proven experience as a P&C Business Partner in a people‑focused capacity. Strong understanding of NES, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and Fair Work frameworks. End‑to‑end case management, including complex investigations, ER/IR matters, and performance management cases. Demonstrated capability in workforce planning, WHS, organisational change or development. Proven ability to interpret relevant industrial instruments and Awards, including classifications and rates of pay. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted, collaborative and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. How to Apply Click APPLY to submit your interest.
